The official opening ceremony of Germanies oldest Wine festival. The "Wine queen" (Weinkönigin) accompanied by the "Wine witch" (Weinhex) are standing on the "Witches wine well". During the week long festival held from the last weekend of august until the first weekend of september, wine instead of water flows from the well. The magical work of the wine witch?!
